Charlotte, Ohio & Lawrenceburg

Sam made the switch to a J&J chassis this past Friday night with The World of Outlaws in Charlotte and came home with a 9th place finish.

Saturday night Sam made an appearance in The Seeling #97 at Fremont with The All Stars. Sam struggled throughout the preliminaries but at feature time was able to charge from 24th to 11th and earned The Hard Charger Award.

Monday night Sam was back in action with The Outlaws at Lawrenceburg. Sam has just passed Tim Kaeding for the 8th position when he broke a lifter and was done for the night. Hafertepe was credited with 24th.

This week will see The Plumbfast Racing Team compete with The Outlaws at Attica on Friday night, I-96 Saturday night and then a mid-week Outlaw show at Kokomo.
